At Complete Auto Body and Repair and A2B Towing and Recovery Services we are doing our part to help our customers get the customer service and repairs they need in 2021! We have been offering our Touchless Service program since March of last year, the start of the Pandemic, and have decided to keep it going indefinitely! This service is a chance for all current and potential customers to receive our top- notch service for both Auto Body and Mechanical Auto Repair

When you drop your vehicle off:

• We will sanitize keys and fobs carefully
• Repair Authorizations will be digital (touchless)
• Technician Contact areas in/on vehicles will be sanitized before and after service
• Store surfaces will be sanitized regularly throughout each day
• Sanitizer stations will be in the lobby of each store
• Employees will regularly change gloves they are wearing

If you are particularly at risk,* we will pick up and deliver your vehicle so you can have peace of mind in your own sanctuary. The sanitation process will be done on these cars, too, to minimize the risk of transmission.

*Concierge service free for repairs of $200 or more For repairs under $200 a cost of $50 maybe applied for our Touchless Concierge Service.
